Villefest 2025 Seminar: "Establishing Balance with your Kids"

Join us as we explore the topic of “Establishing Balance with your Kids” with a particular focus on technology. This seminar is designed for parents, grandparents and any adult who leads or works with children.

Collett Smart is a psychologist, qualified teacher, speaker and internationally published author of ‘They’ll be Okay: 15 Conversations to help your child through troubled times’. She has also contributed chapters to a number of other parenting books.

Collett is the host of a podcast with a Sydney radio station called, ‘Raising Teens – with Collett Smart’. She also has a YouTube channel called ‘Wellbeing with Collett’ and has delivered seminars around the world.

She lives in Sydney, with her husband and 3 children, aged 23, 21 and 16 years-old and is active in her local church.

We are excited to welcome Collett to explore this topic with us!

To help make this evening as accessible as possible we are offering free child minding by some of the trained Kellyville Anglican Church Kids Ministry Volunteers. These volunteers have current Working With Children Checks and have completed the Safe Ministry Training course. Please note that if at any point during the seminar your child is upset or requires the toilet, then our leaders will notify you to come and get them to assist.
